The only two things you need in business are: 1. A product or service people want, need, or desire 2. A way in which to collect money and deliver that product or service That's it. Business is NOT fancy or over-complicated. You do not need a 27 step funnel with upsells, cross sells, down sells, and the variety of steps it takes to grow your business. The bottom line up front is that if you do not have a product or service that solves a problem, then you do not have a business, you have a hobby; and you are wasting your time.
